In der heutigen Folge geht es um unser inneres Regulationssystem, das vegetative Nervensystem, bestehend aus Sympathikus und Parasympathikus. Sie sorgen als Team dafür, dass wir leistungsfähig sind und gesund bleiben.
Wenn wir zu viel Stress haben, dann leidet der Parasympathikus unter der Dominanz seines Kollegen. Das kann zu gesundheitlichen Störungen und Krankheiten, wie auch zu Burnout führen. Ich erkläre, wie die beiden bestmöglich zusammenarbeiten, wie man erkennt, ob die Zusammenarbeit gut funktioniert und was du tun kannst, um die Teamarbeit zu fördern.
